John did an excellent job helping us with our home sale. He has strong expertise in the geographic area, which was critical in pricing the home, determining when to put it on the market and creating awareness for potential buyers. He gave great advice, but left the final decisions to us. John was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, patiently walking us through all the steps, making sure all of our questions were answered and ensuring everything went the way we wanted it to. Overall we had an excellent experience working with John.
