John was the listing agent on the recent sale of our home, and having worked with him before, we were confident we were in for another smooth process. Things began as we had hoped as he found a buyer off-market, and he was able to negotiate a close date six months out that allowed us to stay put until we moved to our new home. Then COVID hit.
